Having scanned the net for the past 2 years as a complete new comer to the world of internet marketing, two things occurred to me:
Firstly, an internet home business would have to be one of the cheapest and simplest methods for creating a business that anyone can get into with a minimum outlay and no knowledge. It is also a business that you can build up in your spare time to create anything from an extra mortgage payment to a full time salary. It can be applied whether you are starting from scratch and want to make your income entirely from the internet, or you already have a website representing a business in the real world that you want to use to sell your products or services or just make your products or services more well known.
And secondly? There are 2 large problems with any of the many internet business opportunities that I have seen.
Organizing Your Online Business
The first is the difficulty in keeping your business organized. Most people at present use Excel spreadsheets to keep track of their sites, keyword research, backlinks, articles and business costs. Whilst experienced network marketers have become proficient in the use of spreadsheets for this purpose, it is still a relatively inefficient use of your time and resources. As for someone starting an internet business who wants to learn internet marketing, the huge amount of information that must be kept track of soon becomes overwhelming and is in itself a major reason for someone giving up on web based marketing as a source of income.
Although there are many cheap SEO tools out there that help increase google ranking, from keyword research software to tools that help to get backlinks, there is no business productivity software that is specifically aimed at streamlining the seo process or to organize the copious amounts of information collected along the way.
This brings me to my current project which is building the best seo business productivity software package on the market for less than a cup of coffee and piece of cake per month. The software is called SitePlan.
Finding a Clear and Simple Path to Follow
The second point I noticed was the lack of any clear easy to follow set of steps and recommendations to creating an internet marketing business.
There are many ethical and up front internet marketers whose intention is to build their own business through helping others to make money in theirs. But even these sites are usually written as blogs with posts created willy nilly, so that it can take weeks of reading each post to gain even a basic idea of what internet marketing is all about.
And then there are the unethical internet marketers who attempt to make money at any cost including ripping off the unwary.
Finally my pet hate is those product offers where the page goes on and on forever with income examples, references, multiple “Buy Now” buttons and spiels about how much the service or software will benefit you. Then somewhere sprinkled in amongst all this it gives the possibility of an idea of what the service or software actually includes and the price. I figure if it’s any good, an outline of the features and the price will be enough to sell me.
So this site attempts to summarise the more useful information from some of the best internet marketing people on the net as well as my own experiences and set it out in such a way that the information you are looking for will be easily found. This site will also show you the free way of internet marketing as well as the more efficient ways that produce more and save you time – though they involve spending more money. And if you are someone who has no money to spare, it also shows you a method of creating some income quickly for free which you can then invest back into your business to grow it faster.
Finally I tend to be fairly cautious when I find some new information or a site that looks like it could offer me something. So I encourage you to do some research into the packages that I suggest before you go and buy them. Everything I recommend on this site is something that I personally use and I’ll let you know exactly what my experience of it is.
